Since I was challenged to do this, here we go; Top 100 anime characters.
By the way, I did not use more than 2 characters from 1 series.

Number 1 is obviously Makoto Itou from School Days.
Again, Just kidding bro.

1. Takumi Usui – Kaichou wa Maid-Sama

Takumi Usui is the male protagonist of the Kaichou wa Maid-Sama! Manga and anime series. He is the most popular, smart and athletic boy in Seika High. Why do I like Usui? Because he is literally flawless. He has no trouble in doing anything, he makes fun and teases whoever he wants to, whenever he wants to. The way his feelings for Misaki develop are also presented in a very realistic way. Anyways, whoever will watch this anime will either love Usui or hate him out of pure jealousy. His character is just that perfect.

2. Holo – Spice and Wolf

Holo is a wolf harvest deity originally from a land in the north known as Yoitsu.I’m going to copy paste some stuff I said in the top 100 anime. If nothing else, Horo is the incarnation of every guy's dream girl: she's strong and confident, yet simultaneously both charming and feminine. This duality in her personality functions on a number of levels, and unlike most anime romances which have somewhat brazen females, Horo is much more human and believable (odd, since in actuality she is a wolf.) Despite her constant attempts to deny her affections, she finds herself continually flattered by Lawrence's chivalry-driven personality, and finds it increasingly more difficult to deny how happy she finds herself when in his presence. In fact, at many points throughout the series she becomes angry with him simply because he sacrifices so much of his own happiness for hers. Come the end, her goal of returning home seems to trail off toward the back of her mind, and her desire to continue her travels with him and further develop their relationship takes priority. Yes, I would say she is pretty much the female version of Usui. Completely flawless.

3. Dracule Mihawk – One Piece

While Vegeta may be the one that introduced the word “badass” to the anime world, Mihawk clearly ups that to the highest level. He is silent, he doesn’t care about the government, about the pirates, about the citizen or about anything else. He respects his code of honor while searching for young swordsman that may pose a challenge to him.
4. Daiki Aomine – Kuroko no Basketball

Aomine Daiki…This guy is just a monster. He is so dominant that even within the Generation of Miracles he was called the “Ace”. Now isn’t that something? Now let’s talk about the CRAZY moves he does on the court… Yeah… Dunks, No-form shoots, 0 to max acceleration in 1 second, shots from behind the basket… A pure monster.
5. Lelouch – Code Geass

He is to Code Geass what Light Yagami is toDeath Note. Armed with a similar arsenal of histrionic speeches, he nonetheless comes across more charming. Unlike Light, falling in love with Lelouch is unavoidable for the simple fact that he fights on behalf of the victims whilst having little regard for his own status. In fact, his greatest point of fascination is that, beneath his hatred for Britannia, he loathes himself even more. Delivering a performance that's theatrical but also full of acute anguish, he epitomises everything that's brilliant about Code Geass.
6. Kazuma – Kaze no Stigma

Kazuma is one of my favorite protagonists in all anime. He is prideful, mature and can become cruel when needed to. Even though he has been cast away by his own family he is still willing to lend them a a helping hand. The many tragedies he has been through have helped build his character and make him one of the strongest magicians in the world. He can also be funny, especially when interacting with Ayano whom he teases a lot.
7. Sesshomaru – Inuyasha

Please get out of the way because the Lord himself is coming. While Inuyasha may not be the best protagonist ever, his brother Sesshomaru is just impressive. Prideful to an unbelievable extend, crueler than the worst antagonists is anime and yet has a kind heart that is shown when he saves Rin. His character is so complex and well structured that he definitely earns a spot in top 10.

8. Gilgamesh – Fate/Zero

Gilgamesh…the King. He is one of the most arrogant characters you have ever seen. But unlike most, he does have the strength to back that up. He can become very understanding and has respect for those with unwavering resolutions. If you dislike this guy then you will die in excruciating pain, mongrel.

9. Laxus – Fairy Tail

Yes I’m a sucker for ‘badass’ characters. But why does Laxus make it as far as top 10. First of all, his element, lightning – my favorite element. Second of all the character development he has gone through during the series was very entertaining to watch. And even though he has become a “good boy” he hasn’t lost 1% of his badassness.

10. Iwasawa – Angel Beats

Iwasawa is just a secondary character with 4-5 appearances in Angel Beats. Why top 10? Because her story, her personality, her resolution, her dreams were absolutely beautiful. I have never seen a more beautiful and realistic description of a human that has gone through misery having only music to back her up. She impressed me that much.

11. Tomoyo Sakagami – Clannad

Yes, it’s Tomoyo, not Nagisa. Tomoyo is in my list because I believe she is the perfect girl. Strong and independent, cute and sincere with a beautiful dream. Tomoya was a fucking dumbass for picking Nagisa when such a perfect girl was around. Not to mention the combo hits she was doing on that blonde guy, forgot his name, were marvelous.

12. Shikamaru – Naruto

Oh my gosh it’s not Itachi no no no no. Shut up. Shikamaru is by far the best and the most complex characters in Naruto. Kishimoto’s one good piece of writing. There’s nothing bad I actually have to say about Shikamaru. He’s a typical lazy genius that through character development has gained a strong sense of responsibility and love for his friends and country.

13. Houtarou Oreki – Hyouka

“If I don’t have to do something, I won’t do it and if I have to do it, then make it quick.” This is the life motto of Houtarou Oreki and when I first read it, I thought “This phrase is basically the definition of me”. So yeah, while watching Hyouka I honestly thought it was an anime with me as protagonist.

14. L. – Death Note

#Genius. L is such a good character. He was weirdly entertaining, brilliant and complex. His one small flaw was the fact that he didn’t trust his own intuition more, which cost him his life.

15. Enel – One Piece

How can I, Zeus, not like Enel, the self-proclaimed God of Lightning. He was so amazing. He was strong, cocky, fast, arrogant, badass – everything I like in a shounen character.

16. Masuzu Natsukawa – Oreshura

As I said in the Top 100 anime, the female lead of Oreshura is a complete bitch. She hates love, manipulates people and does whatever the hell she pleases. Obviously there is a certain reason for that which I shall not spoil. I guarantee that by the end of the anime you will fall in love with this character.

17. Hisoka – Hunter x Hunter (2011)

This guy reminds me of the Joker from the Batman series. He is a sadistic bastard that enjoys fighting strong people more than anything.

18. Kamina – Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann

Kamina… you are such a bro, man. The author builds up the hype around Kamina, makes you love him more and more until a certain episode where he writes something OUTRAGEOUS. Such a good character that will have such a huge impact on you. You guys really need to watch Gurren Lagann if you haven’t yet.

19. Lydia Carlton – Earl x Fairy

One of the best female leads in romances. She is beautiful, has a kind warm hearth and is easy to tease. There’s really nothing to dislike in Lydia.

20. Tokuchi Toua – One Outs

One Outs is a great sports anime even though it is a one-man show. The reason for that is Tokuchi Toua. His personality is twisted, he does everything there is needed to win and he does it in a very intriguing way.

21. Saber – Fate/Zero

Does anyone actually dislike Saber? A noble knight that fights with the goal of saving her country. She is strong, independent, beautiful. Again, nothing to dislike in this character.

22. Grimmjow – Bleach

I honestly don’t know why Grimmjow is my favorite Bleach character. Perhaps his arrogant, yet classy way of talking. His somehow kind heart despite his cruel personality. His ambition to be on top of the world, to be a king? Yes, Grimmjow is awesome.

23. Edgar J.C Ashenbert – Eart and Fairy

A tragic character that works hard despite his hard past to achieve his dream of becoming a Lord. He does so by firstly kidnapping Lydia and forcing her to help him. The way his feelings for Lydia start to develop is nicely written and overall I think Edgar is one of the best romance protagonists.

24. Kenshin – Rurouni Kenshin

Kenshin is such an interesting character. The manslaughter that has slain hundreds of men becomes a huge pacifist? Well that is interesting.

25. Asuna – SAO

I don’t know why but I really like Asuna. The romance between her and Kirito might have been rushed and poorly written but I could still feel the sentiments between the two.
The shit I do.

26. Levi – Attack on Titan

Yeah, I dare anyone to call this guy a midget. Levi is arguably the best character in Attack of Titan because of his strong unwavering resolve to dispose of all the titans for the sake of his fallen comrades and friends and the fact that he actually does the power to back those words up unlike the Sasuke-wannabe Eren.

27. Light – Death Note

If you like Lelouch, you cannot dislike Light. I only rank Light lower because of the fact that he was too self-centered and ended up losing his mind, while Lelouch kept his cool and clear head throughout the anime ending up in a honorable way.

28. Sousuke Sagara – Full Metal Panic

Sousuke Sagara is a Soldier. He attends High-School as his mission while knowing nothing about the student life. Therefore he is highly misunderstood by his fellow classmates as a “Guns Otaku”. Sousuke is one of the most serious characters in anime yet everything he says and does end up being humorous.

29. Shougo Makishima – Psycho Pass

Yes… definitely one of the best villains I have ever seen. A psychopathic man that wants to save the world in his own way. His tragic past fueled him to do the cruel things he has done and yet to the end of the anime, you can only feel sympathy for him.

30. Mitsuki Hayase – Kimiga Nozomu Eien

I mostly rank this character so high because her personality and the way she acted in most situations felt very realistic. Her development from a passionate friend that wouldn’t do anything to insult anyone to a woman that will fight for her man even against a crippled friend was spectacular.

31. Misaki Ayuzawa – Kaichou wa Maid-sama

Yes, I love my tsunderes. Usui Takumi would have not been such an amazing character if it weren’t for Misaki. I believe the author constructed Misaki very well leading in a strong independent woman with an abnormally huge hate for men due to her father. The way she acts around Usui is impeccably portrayed.

32. Scar – Full Metal Alchemist

Just like Makishima, a very well written villain. Makishima only surpasses scar in intellect. Other than that their personality, stories and actions are pretty much the same.

33. Ikuto Tsukiyomi – Shugo Chara

Ikuto having a tragic past is forced to work under an evil company for the sake of his sister. Regardless of that he still finds the enjoyment of teasing little girls and having fun like a cat wherever he goes.

34. Killua – Hunter x Hunter

Yeah… a 12 year old assassin. Killua, despite his age is highly intelligent and impressively strong. He has met with many hardships throughout his life and still has the power to smile.

35. Erio Touwa – Denpa Onna to Seishun Otoko

A girl that thinks she is an alien. She is very weird, highly entertaining and will never cease to amaze you. All in all, a great character.

36. Ayumu Narumi – Spiral

Narumi is a brilliant detective that can solve any case. Unlike Conan, I find Narumi more realistic and intended for the more mature.

37. Yakumo Saitou – Shinrei Tantei Yakumo

A gifted yet sultry and antisocial protagonist. That is Yakumo. You will find this character very interesting and highly likeable.

38. Yahiro – Special A

Yahiro is honestly the character that went through the most development throughout Special A. Starting off as a douchebag, Yahiro becomes a guy that is willing to sacrifice himself for the woman he loves, knowing the chances of them being together are 0.

39. Yoichi Hiruma – Eyeshield 21

This guy is the devil playing football. He brings machine guns to the field, he tortures, he blackmails, he manipulates. He is just awesome.

40. Kuroneko – Oreimo

You fucking idiot chose to spend a fucking week with your fucking sister when you fucking had this fucking beautiful, brilliant, amazing, superb female desiring to be with you forever. How much of a fucking retard can you fucking be? Listen guys, Kuroneko, is just amazing but if you watch Oreimo, you will be fucking pissed because of that fucking dumbass male lead.

41. Ayano Kannagi – Kaze no Stigma

Ayano, the female lead of Kaze no Stigma. First of all, a tsundere. +1. Now let’s talk about her more detailed; she is hardworking, charming and talented. She is set to become the next head of the biggest and strongest family in the magic universe. Despite all that she is highly outclassed by Kazuma and despite hating him for it at first she starts developing feelings for him.

42. Tomoe – Kamisama Hajimemashita

A fox demon that is forced to protect a shrine led by a novice priestess. As she protects her she starts developing feelings for her.

43. Tomoya Okazaki - Clannad

A great male lead for a romance. A delinquent with a kind heart that doesn’t get overwhelmed by the “harem” and yet is quick on his mind and picks a girl. (wrong one though). He is very entertaining and he loves pulling pranks on his friends.

44. Zakuro – Otome Youkai Zakuro

A demon that has the form of a woman. Obviously she is shunned from society but despite that she lives a bright life smiling every day. A charming character you will love.

45. Sadao Maou – Hataraku Maou-sama

Sadao Maou is the Devil Lord. However, he was defeated in his world by the hero and forced to teleport on Earth. Having lost all his magic and powers he needs to earn money to have a decent living. What does he do? He gets a part-time job at a fast food. This guy is the most funny Devil King you have ever seen.

46. Aika Fuwa – Blast of Tempest

A brilliant girl that sacrifices herself for the sake of her brother and boyfriend. While she may not have many appearances in the anime, Aika leaves a deep impression on both us the viewers and the other protagonists.

47. Kaede Fuyou – Shuffle

The one and only Yandere I will ever like. Well let’s talk about her… She’s hardworking, psychotic, beautiful, psychotic, loving, psychotic, careful with her surroundings, psychotic, friendly, psychotic, popular, psychotic and feels that her sole purpose is to take care of the man that saved her. By the way she’s psychotic but I still love her <3

48. Mikasa – Attack on Titan

Mikasa is just Badass. Forget Sakura, Orihime,Lucy,Nami; this is how a female protagonist should be like.

49. Kyoya Hibari – Katekyo Hitman Reborn!

This guy is simply badass. All he cares about is fighting. He beats down whoever doesn’t listen to his rules, be that his best friend, teachers or enemies.

50. Saeko Busujima – HOTD

A cold-blooded, big breasted samurai than enjoys blood and gore more than anyone. How can you not like her?

51. Alucard – Hellsing

Alucard is the ultimate being. A vampire that has consumed millions and millions of humans, an immortal being whose only purpose is to eliminate everyone that stands in his master’s way.

52. Erica Brandelli – Campione!

I won’t really talk much about her. She’s basically the type of girl anyone would have a crush on. Talented, beautiful and caring.

53. Akito Takagi – Bakuman

Unlike that retarded partner of his, Takagi was very cool. He was levelheaded, calculated and careful with his own health and future. Not to mention the guy was a PIMP. A genius novel writer, a genius manga writer and a regular high school girl fell in love with him. (Ofc he picked the regular girl)

54. Yukino Yukinoshita – Yahari ore no Seishun Love Come wa Machigatteiru

Arrogant, cocky, beautiful and gracious. These 4 words would perfectly describe her.

55. Akatsuki Ousawa – Hagure Yuusha no Estetica

A “rogue” hero that defeats the Devil Lord with ease, kidnaps his daughter and forces her to attend highschool. He has no qualms in stealing the girls pants/bras or in massaging their boobs in public. By the way he is not a pervert in any means. He just does it because he can.

56. Byakuya – Bleach

The guy will kill you with a cherry tree blossom. You don’t get more elegant and badass than that. Well deserved spot in top 100.

57. Ban Midou – Getbackers

A very funny character with a highly interesting background. He is the life of this anime and will make the watch worthwile.

58. Rei Oogami – Code Breaker

A cold-blooded killer that believes in the motto “Eye for an Eye”. However he meets a girl that tries to change his ways and his feelings and character start to develop.

59. Kei – Special A

Kei is very very similar to Takumi Usui. However there is barely any character development in Kei’s case because he is in love with that dumb bitch from the start of the series.

60. Roy Mustang – Full Metal Alchemist

“When I become Fuhrer I will make all Female workers wear MINISKIRTS”. That line alone gets you in my top.
The shit I do.

61. Himeragi – Strike the Blood

I find her character and background very interesting. I also like the way her feelings for Kojou develop. Not to mention, #tsundere.

62. Emi Yusa – Hataraku Maou-sama

The hero that defeated the Devil Lord. She is also forced to teleport to Earth where her magic is useless. She starts working for a telephone company and gradually befriends the Devil Lord himself.

63. Aoba Tsukishima – Cross Game

She starts off as a girl that completely hates the male protagonist and loves her sister more than anything. After a big tragedy hits, the feelings between her and the protagonist gradually start developing in a very realistic way.

64. Hei – Darker than Black

Hei is a fan favorite. He is funny, even though he doesn’t try to, he is coldblooded and he has a good character development throughout the series.

65. Eiji Niizuma – Bakuman

Weird, interesting, genius, weird. Did I mention weird? Anyways, Eiji is one of the most unique characters I have come across in my years of watching anime.

66. Hitomi – Codebreaker

A great villain that is willing to destroy the world itself for the sake of his companions. Hitomi’s story is very touching and his character development is well written.

67. Megumi Noda – Nodame Cantabile

If Niizuma Eiji is one of the most unique characters I have come across, then Megumi Noda is THE MOST unique one. She is impossible to predict, and frankly, impossible to like at first. But by the end of the series she will become brighter and brighter.

68. Yoko – Gurren Lagann

I don’t really know how to describe why I like Yoko. She could be compared to Mikasa as a strong beautiful independent girl that can actually solve her own problems without relying on anyone. Also she has a specific charm that will make you instantly like her.

69. Vegeta – Dragon Ball Z

Vegeta is the guy that brought badassery and arrogance to a whole new level. The Prince of Saiyans starting of as a villain has the most character development in the whole Dragon Ball series and can be easily described as a masterpiece of a character.

70. Kirito – SAO

Kirito stars off as an emo kid that I did not like. However his development throughout the series and his feelings and actions for Asuna impressed me which made me like him more and more to the point that he is actually in this list.

71. Kazuya Miyuki – Ace of Diamond

Manipulative, Sadistic, Funny, Intelligent, Talented. We’ve been through this, I love this type of characters.

72. Hiei – Yu Yu Hakusho

Just like with Levi, I dare anyone to call this guy a midget. Hiei starts off as a villain to gradually end up being a main character. He is a cruel demon that does show empathy and love when his sister is concerned. He also cares for her so much that he doesn’t even let her know that she helped her or that he is her brother. #Badass.

73. Tokiko Tsumura – Busou Renkin

Just like Mikasa, an epic female lead that doesn’t need anyone to take care of her because she has the strength to back herself up. Actually, she is the one that actually protects the main character throughout most of the series.

74. T.K – Angel Beats

A minor character in Angel Beats but nevertheless an unique fellow that will make you like him instantly. He is constantly talking in English and dancing while chanting rock verses that make no sense.

75. Hakuya Mitsumine – Engaged to the Unidentified

Hakuya is Kobeni Yonomori's fiance who suddenly appears on her 16th birthday with his little sister Mashiro Mitsumine. He and his sister start living in the same house as Kobeni and her own sister, Benio Yonomori. Hakuya is tall, taciturn, and a bit oblivious to the world. He is also a fast runner.

76. Kurumi Tokisaki – Date a Live

Kurumi Tokisaki is the most dangerousSpirit known, who has personally killed over 10,000 people (not including spacequake victims). Kurumi can be described a person whose personality is hard to read, possessing a well-polished dislike of humanity that borders on mistrust, something she shared with many Spirits in their debut. She is a skilled actress, capable of putting on the façade of an innocent, curious young girl when she needs to, shown when she registered as a student at the Raizen High School, even speaking in a very polite manner.

77. Katsura – Gintama

Katsura's illogical decisions often suggest him to be a complete moron, though this may be a result of his lack of common sense rather than actual stupidity. He has an extreme imagination and improvisation

78. Takahisa Tajima – 11eyes

His personality is somewhat brash and of a loner. Except for Yukiko, he acted unfriendly with everyone else at first. He also showed more distant yet caring toward his own guardian Saiko

79. Akatsuki – Log Horizon

A petite purple-haired beauty, Akatsuki possess a level of combat prowess that belies her small build. She is described as being too serious and carrying a somewhat sullen expression.

80. Haruhi Suzumiya – Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Haruhi is a bright, energetic and athletic high-school student. Many male students consider her attractive. She alternates between melancholy and incredible optimism, often unpredictably. Haruhi is indeed stubborn and doesn't like to admit her mistakes, usually blaming other people.

81. Mao Mizusawa – Kimikiss Pure Rouge.

Mao is very active, energetic, and cheerful student.

82. Yamato Kurosawa – Say I love you

Yamato is someone who thinks of others more than anyone else, protects what should be protected, and cares for others despite having his own problems to deal with. How could anyone dislike such a character? The love story in this anime and Yamato’s feelings are also quite realistic and well portrayed.

83. Tatenashi Sarashiki – Infinite Stratos

She enjoys teasing people and tickling others (the unfortunate victims of this are mostly Ichika and Laura). Despite her tendency to tease, Tatenashi has also shown moments of being flustered, mostly as a result of her feelings for Ichika.

84. Kojou Akatsuki – Strike the Blood

Though often clueless to the point of insensitivity, Kojou is a kind person and goes out of his way to help others . His laid back personality is probably that thing I like most about Kojou.

85. Gintoki – Gintama

Yeah, Gintoki is the funniest dude alive. He can get serious at VERY rare moments, and even then he is pretty amazing, but other than that, funniest dude alive, trust me.

86. Hakaze Kurisabe – Blast of Tempest

Hakaze is a pretty determined girl and is rather frank and rude with words. As Mahiro and Yoshino get to know her better, they find out that she doesn't break promises. The soft side of Hakaze was shown after she time traveled and finally met Yoshino. Hakaze doesn't realize that she has feelings for Yoshino until Junichirou talked to her about Yoshino having a girlfriend already.

87. Erika Sendou – Fortune Arterial

Ericka Sendo is a well behaved and beautiful 'bishoujo'. She's smart, well-spoken and organized.. Pretty much perfect.

88. Sora Kasugano – Yosuga no Sora

The main heroine of the series, she is a quiet, fragile and a reclusive girl, and fraternal twin sister to the main protagonist. Since birth, she was ill and frail that denied her the sort of independent life that many take for granted. Yet beneath Sora's angelic doll-like appearance lies a troublesome personality that’s prone to withdrawn laziness and demonstrates a rather severe lack of social graces.

89. Minato Nagase – Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka

She is capable in all areas of house hold related work and is proud of it. She also has unique abilities, like listening to the ground to detect the presence of animals, as well as be able to communicate with them.

90. Yato – Noragami

First of all he is a God. +1. Yato can be crude and unpredictable, although it is hinted that he can also be a cruel and merciless person.

91. Keigo Atobe – Prince of Tennis

I don’t know how to explain this guy. The most suited word for him would be “King”. He is elegant, strong with a powerful sense of leadership. He hates losing and even when he does he doesn’t lose his honor.

92. Braz D. Blood – Blood Lad

Braz is a very deceptive and manipulative person in order to accomplish his goals. However, he retains the personality of an older brother, often teasing his younger siblings

93. Kanou Kyousuke – Hungry Heart – Wild Striker

Kyosuke is said to be very impatient and this is shown when he is on the soccer field, always trying to get the ball or shot. Although Kyosuke and his brother both share the never giving up spirit in soccer since when everyone thinks the ball id dead, they always try to get it. Kyosuke did this in his game when heused his head to pass, when it was close to the OOB line, while Seisuke in his Japanese rep. match shoting the ball from very close the the OOB line. People also say he has a an intresting personality that will make anyone and everyone want to watch him during a soccer match.

94. Rushuna Tendo – Grenadier

She has excellent tactical analytical skills, being able to discern her opponents' weaknesses in the heat of battle and adjust accordingly to exploit them with the tools at her disposal. She also hugs opponents who are difficult to negotiate with to her chest in order to pacify them. She has also been known to hide ammunition in her cleavage. Yes, cleavage.

95. Sai Akuto – Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou

Akuto is seen as very kind. Though once he was told he was the demon king. He persistently tries to justify that he isn't a bad person. It's also seen that he treats women with respect, and often doesn't appreciate constant advances. He also doesn't like being called "The Demon King".

96. Kai – Beyblade

Kai is a proud and very confident blader who is willing to sacrifice everything to get what he wants, which he usually gets through hard work, sweat or steel-hard determination, though he doesn't seem to mind stepping on some toes on his way up.

97. Nicholas D. Wolfwood – Trigun

Very good character with very nice development. He initially holds the ideals that he must kill, though he eventually comes to accept Vash's ideals. He eventually fights his master, but spares him after defeating him.

98. Simca – Air Gear

Simca is cheerful, energetic, friendly, polite, care-free, calm, laid-back and kind towards others. She is always usually friendly towards others and smiles most of the time. She is very caring towards her friends and always tries to help them whenever she can. She also is against the idea of needless bloodshed, such as when she had Behemoth incapacitate the weaker teams so they wouldn't get caught up in the Parts Wars so others won't get killed. She hates when her friends are hurt and is touched by when others try to help anyone who needs help. <333

99. Kouichi Sanada – Kimikiss Pure Rouge

I don’t like this character that much but he makes this list because he surprised the hell out of me. All I gotta say is, FINALLY, someone made the right choice in an anime.

100. Asa Shigure – Shuffle

Since I was a Kaede fan, I hated the ending in Shuffle but nevertheless I have to give credit where it’s due. Asa is an amazing character with a sad background and incredible cheerfulness despite that said background.
The shit I do.
