61. Himeragi – Strike the Blood

I find her character and background very interesting. I also like the way her feelings for Kojou develop. Not to mention, #tsundere.
62. Emi Yusa – Hataraku Maou-sama

The hero that defeated the Devil Lord. She is also forced to teleport to Earth where her magic is useless. She starts working for a telephone company and gradually befriends the Devil Lord himself.
63. Aoba Tsukishima – Cross Game

She starts off as a girl that completely hates the male protagonist and loves her sister more than anything. After a big tragedy hits, the feelings between her and the protagonist gradually start developing in a very realistic way.
64. Hei – Darker than Black

Hei is a fan favorite. He is funny, even though he doesn’t try to, he is coldblooded and he has a good character development throughout the series.
65. Eiji Niizuma – Bakuman

Weird, interesting, genius, weird. Did I mention weird? Anyways, Eiji is one of the most unique characters I have come across in my years of watching anime.
66. Hitomi – Codebreaker

A great villain that is willing to destroy the world itself for the sake of his companions. Hitomi’s story is very touching and his character development is well written.
67. Megumi Noda – Nodame Cantabile

If Niizuma Eiji is one of the most unique characters I have come across, then Megumi Noda is THE MOST unique one. She is impossible to predict, and frankly, impossible to like at first. But by the end of the series she will become brighter and brighter.
68. Yoko – Gurren Lagann

I don’t really know how to describe why I like Yoko. She could be compared to Mikasa as a strong beautiful independent girl that can actually solve her own problems without relying on anyone. Also she has a specific charm that will make you instantly like her.
69. Vegeta – Dragon Ball Z

Vegeta is the guy that brought badassery and arrogance to a whole new level. The Prince of Saiyans starting of as a villain has the most character development in the whole Dragon Ball series and can be easily described as a masterpiece of a character.
70. Kirito – SAO

Kirito stars off as an emo kid that I did not like. However his development throughout the series and his feelings and actions for Asuna impressed me which made me like him more and more to the point that he is actually in this list.
71. Kazuya Miyuki – Ace of Diamond

Manipulative, Sadistic, Funny, Intelligent, Talented. We’ve been through this, I love this type of characters.
72. Hiei – Yu Yu Hakusho

Just like with Levi, I dare anyone to call this guy a midget. Hiei starts off as a villain to gradually end up being a main character. He is a cruel demon that does show empathy and love when his sister is concerned. He also cares for her so much that he doesn’t even let her know that she helped her or that he is her brother. #Badass.
73. Tokiko Tsumura – Busou Renkin

Just like Mikasa, an epic female lead that doesn’t need anyone to take care of her because she has the strength to back herself up. Actually, she is the one that actually protects the main character throughout most of the series.
74. T.K – Angel Beats
’
A minor character in Angel Beats but nevertheless an unique fellow that will make you like him instantly. He is constantly talking in English and dancing while chanting rock verses that make no sense.
75. Hakuya Mitsumine – Engaged to the Unidentified
Hakuya is Kobeni Yonomori's fiance who suddenly appears on her 16th birthday with his little sister Mashiro Mitsumine. He and his sister start living in the same house as Kobeni and her own sister, Benio Yonomori. Hakuya is tall, taciturn, and a bit oblivious to the world. He is also a fast runner.
76. Kurumi Tokisaki – Date a Live
Kurumi Tokisaki is the most dangerousSpirit known, who has personally killed over 10,000 people (not including spacequake victims). Kurumi can be described a person whose personality is hard to read, possessing a well-polished dislike of humanity that borders on mistrust, something she shared with many Spirits in their debut. She is a skilled actress, capable of putting on the façade of an innocent, curious young girl when she needs to, shown when she registered as a student at the Raizen High School, even speaking in a very polite manner.
77. Katsura – Gintama

Katsura's illogical decisions often suggest him to be a complete moron, though this may be a result of his lack of common sense rather than actual stupidity. He has an extreme imagination and improvisation
78. Takahisa Tajima – 11eyes

His personality is somewhat brash and of a loner. Except for Yukiko, he acted unfriendly with everyone else at first. He also showed more distant yet caring toward his own guardian Saiko
79. Akatsuki – Log Horizon
A petite purple-haired beauty, Akatsuki possess a level of combat prowess that belies her small build. She is described as being too serious and carrying a somewhat sullen expression.
80. Haruhi Suzumiya – Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya

Haruhi is a bright, energetic and athletic high-school student. Many male students consider her attractive. She alternates between melancholy and incredible optimism, often unpredictably. Haruhi is indeed stubborn and doesn't like to admit her mistakes, usually blaming other people.
81. Mao Mizusawa – Kimikiss Pure Rouge.
Mao is very active, energetic, and cheerful student.
82. Yamato Kurosawa – Say I love you

Yamato is someone who thinks of others more than anyone else, protects what should be protected, and cares for others despite having his own problems to deal with. How could anyone dislike such a character? The love story in this anime and Yamato’s feelings are also quite realistic and well portrayed.
83. Tatenashi Sarashiki – Infinite Stratos

She enjoys teasing people and tickling others (the unfortunate victims of this are mostly Ichika and Laura). Despite her tendency to tease, Tatenashi has also shown moments of being flustered, mostly as a result of her feelings for Ichika.
84. Kojou Akatsuki – Strike the Blood

Though often clueless to the point of insensitivity, Kojou is a kind person and goes out of his way to help others . His laid back personality is probably that thing I like most about Kojou.
85. Gintoki – Gintama

Yeah, Gintoki is the funniest dude alive. He can get serious at VERY rare moments, and even then he is pretty amazing, but other than that, funniest dude alive, trust me.
86. Hakaze Kurisabe – Blast of Tempest

Hakaze is a pretty determined girl and is rather frank and rude with words. As Mahiro and Yoshino get to know her better, they find out that she doesn't break promises. The soft side of Hakaze was shown after she time traveled and finally met Yoshino. Hakaze doesn't realize that she has feelings for Yoshino until Junichirou talked to her about Yoshino having a girlfriend already.
87. Erika Sendou – Fortune Arterial
Ericka Sendo is a well behaved and beautiful 'bishoujo'. She's smart, well-spoken and organized.. Pretty much perfect.
88. Sora Kasugano – Yosuga no Sora
The main heroine of the series, she is a quiet, fragile and a reclusive girl, and fraternal twin sister to the main protagonist. Since birth, she was ill and frail that denied her the sort of independent life that many take for granted. Yet beneath Sora's angelic doll-like appearance lies a troublesome personality that’s prone to withdrawn laziness and demonstrates a rather severe lack of social graces.
89. Minato Nagase – Akane-iro ni Somaru Saka

She is capable in all areas of house hold related work and is proud of it. She also has unique abilities, like listening to the ground to detect the presence of animals, as well as be able to communicate with them.
90. Yato – Noragami
First of all he is a God. +1. Yato can be crude and unpredictable, although it is hinted that he can also be a cruel and merciless person.
91. Keigo Atobe – Prince of Tennis
I don’t know how to explain this guy. The most suited word for him would be “King”. He is elegant, strong with a powerful sense of leadership. He hates losing and even when he does he doesn’t lose his honor.
92. Braz D. Blood – Blood Lad
Braz is a very deceptive and manipulative person in order to accomplish his goals. However, he retains the personality of an older brother, often teasing his younger siblings
93. Kanou Kyousuke – Hungry Heart – Wild Striker
Kyosuke is said to be very impatient and this is shown when he is on the soccer field, always trying to get the ball or shot. Although Kyosuke and his brother both share the never giving up spirit in soccer since when everyone thinks the ball id dead, they always try to get it. Kyosuke did this in his game when heused his head to pass, when it was close to the OOB line, while Seisuke in his Japanese rep. match shoting the ball from very close the the OOB line. People also say he has a an intresting personality that will make anyone and everyone want to watch him during a soccer match.
94. Rushuna Tendo – Grenadier
She has excellent tactical analytical skills, being able to discern her opponents' weaknesses in the heat of battle and adjust accordingly to exploit them with the tools at her disposal. She also hugs opponents who are difficult to negotiate with to her chest in order to pacify them. She has also been known to hide ammunition in her cleavage. Yes, cleavage.
95. Sai Akuto – Ichiban Ushiro no Daimaou

Akuto is seen as very kind. Though once he was told he was the demon king. He persistently tries to justify that he isn't a bad person. It's also seen that he treats women with respect, and often doesn't appreciate constant advances. He also doesn't like being called "The Demon King".
96. Kai – Beyblade

Kai is a proud and very confident blader who is willing to sacrifice everything to get what he wants, which he usually gets through hard work, sweat or steel-hard determination, though he doesn't seem to mind stepping on some toes on his way up.
97. Nicholas D. Wolfwood – Trigun
Very good character with very nice development. He initially holds the ideals that he must kill, though he eventually comes to accept Vash's ideals. He eventually fights his master, but spares him after defeating him.
98. Simca – Air Gear

Simca is cheerful, energetic, friendly, polite, care-free, calm, laid-back and kind towards others. She is always usually friendly towards others and smiles most of the time. She is very caring towards her friends and always tries to help them whenever she can. She also is against the idea of needless bloodshed, such as when she had Behemoth incapacitate the weaker teams so they wouldn't get caught up in the Parts Wars so others won't get killed. She hates when her friends are hurt and is touched by when others try to help anyone who needs help. <333
99. Kouichi Sanada – Kimikiss Pure Rouge

I don’t like this character that much but he makes this list because he surprised the hell out of me. All I gotta say is, FINALLY, someone made the right choice in an anime.
100. Asa Shigure – Shuffle

Since I was a Kaede fan, I hated the ending in Shuffle but nevertheless I have to give credit where it’s due. Asa is an amazing character with a sad background and incredible cheerfulness despite that said background.
The shit I do.
