Oh my lawlz, what poor taste you have. You love someone who can't cut a good promo to save his life, or pushes, and talks in the same tone throughout all of them. Has gotten suspended twice fore having drug issues while being a huge shit stain of a human being growing up -- though this is coming in young spoiled wrestlers. Oh, and this is where it matters, has never had a 5 star match. Not even CM Punk, Shawn Michaels, Chris Jericho or Daniel Bryan could get that out of him, which is pathetic.

Robo Orton (including in the ring) is one of the most overrated and over-pushed individuals I've ever seen in wrestling. I can't even begin to understand how fans like him, outside of the girls who think he's hot.

At least I give John Cena a shit ton of credit for the work he's done despite how over saturated he's become this decade. Jesus.

Anyways, Shawn Michaels would be my answer. It's very hard to argue he's not the greatest in-ring wrestler to ever exist. Being part of 12 matches of the year speaks for itself, along with argubly the greatest match in WWE history -- Shawn Michaels vs The Undertaker WM25.

Likely the Royal Rumble next month.
I've been entertained by Randy for 10 years dating back to his days in Evolution. But, I guess his microphone skills could be a bit better. Even with that said the company has let him hold 11 world titles.
The amount of titles in which you hold means nothing to your worth as a wrestler. Shawn Michaels is a 4 time world champion and literally no one will say Randy Orton is better than Shawn Michaels -- that is a true wrestling fan.

Now, yes, this is a preference taste and you can like Orton more than him, obviously. Just wanted to point out that being champion means jack shit.

Also, yes, being a world champion, specifically the WWE Champion, means that you're 'the guy'. Something Orton has done 8 times, for a total reign of ~500 days. That kinda means he's 'not the guy' but a transitional champion. He got allof those reigns back in the day when he was feuding with Triple H and John Cena, who were/are the guys. That means he was a transitional champion to keep the storylines moving. The same can be said about him right now. The main heel is Triple H, even while not wrestling, similar to Vince back in the attitude era.

Oh, and if they trusted Orton they wouldn't have buried him over the past few years due to his drug issues, and then literally change their wellness policy after he became the WWE Champion after SummerSlam because they were afraid he'd get a third strike thus equally termination.

By the way, Cena has 3 more title reigns than Orton with literally double the amount of length. Literally, until recently with CM Punk being champion, the WWE Championship was passed around like crazy after John Cena lost it due to a torn pectoral tendon in 2007.

Being a "transitional" champion is fine with me. He'll still continue to be my favorite. Even though you don't like him as a person or even a competitor, you almost have no choice but to respect all that he has done in the industry despite his setbacks and flaws.

That is very easy i have been watching every type of wrestling promotion and seen every different type of wrestler, and i have seveal wrestling, and my favorite wrestler is

(1) Deam Amborse: He is amazing in the ring, and he is very good technical and his moveset and style is very uniqe one say he resembles the great muta, or rody piper just because of his onorthadox moveset

(2) Bryan Dannelson aka Daniel Bryan, obvious: i have been a daniel bryan fan sense he hit the scenes in new japan and ring of honor, his matches with cm punk and samoa joe and christopher daniels made me hook on them,

(3) Bruno Sammertino: hes on my list because hes a "LIVING LEGEND" none of the wrestlers you listed above wouldnt be here if it was for bruno sammertino ERA of wrestling, hes my favorite because he still to this day hold the longest to held a wwe title for like 4405 dont know the exact number

(4) Eddie Gurrero : (RIP) i love his in ring techition and i love his style hes just amazing

(5) Umaga : (RIP) He move like a crusierweight for a man his stracture but he was very powerful and devistating

(6) Mark Henry : Prolly one of the most impressive monster heel like characters i have ever seen in the new age decade of the wwe before he went baby face, for a big man he can wrestle very good for his size.

(7) Goldberg : i know people ganna hate on this one but despite his silver platter handed to him and when he wrestlers the right guys like the rock he is very good wrestler

(8) The Undertaker : the undertaker will always be on my favorite list, i love the undertaker no matter what and i loved the american badass undertaker it just showed me a more badass no pun intended side of the undertaker, and a side we never seen

(9) Brock Lesner : Brock, is a good Amature Wrestler, and hes a good powerhouse, and he can also move fast for a guy his size, and he had some amazing matches for example Kurt Angle vs Brock Lesner @ wrestlemania i loved that match.

(10) Tie Between Shelton Benjamin/Kurt Angle : i love shelton benjamin even tho he was poorly used and wwe didnt show his full length potential he was great and he was like wwe proclaim him the best pure athlete they had, and as for kurt angle he is just a in ring general he can always have a good match with who ever hes put up againts.

No, despite what I'm saying I respect him as a wrestler. The best thing I can say about him is in that aspect. He doesn't fuck up in the ring -- thus me saying he's robotic in there. Very crisp and smooth in all he does. That also means he doesn't put on poor matches often, if at all, and when he does it'll always be his opponents fault (like with Big Show). However, he's not someone you will get a match of the year out of. He doesn't mesh well with the best wrestlers in the world. He does his best work with those who are great show men, such as Christian and Sheamus -- specifically his match at Over the Limit with Christian in 2011. That was perhaps his best singles match, ever.

Just saying, it's a very bad sign with people like Jericho, Shawn Michaels, Punk, Daniel Bryan, etc. are literally unable to get a 5 star match out of you. Michaels won match of the year with fucking Vince McMahon. Hell, John Cena's done it twice.

@Drake: What is your opinion of Randy Orton?

All he said was he liked the guy.

But in all honesty i believe the MOST ENTERTAINING WRESTLING ENTERTAINER would have to be EDGE. I don't think there was a single person who did not like or respect the man for all that he had done. Not only were his mic skills adequate but he followed them up with action to add on that final stamp.

All he said was he liked the guy.
I ripped Orton the entire time. I only said he has poor tastes, as do a lot of people who say Hogan is the greatest ever but that's better than Orton still.
yep i have been watchin wrestling sesnes awa, and indy wrestling and japan wrestling, i am a wrestling fan , and your right orton is stale and boring, hes only good for "Entertainment" the wwe lost its value sadly after john cena and daniel bryan lost it due to bullshit

My thoughts on Randy Orton? I don't really care him at all. His mic skills are poor, can't cut a promo to save his life(Last Raw for evidence), he's been spoon-fed for everything throughout his career. I hate his haircut. Should of been released a long time ago, only reason he's still around is because of pops legacy.

What real legacy did his father and grandfather leave him?
