#13 Eh, the ink didnt spread anywhere else on those two panels, and on such an important place would lead you to believe Kishi fucked up. Yeah thats obviously what happened. The three tomoe are arranged in perfect triangle order, just like a normal sharingan with three tomoe. But im sure the ink spread wrong, thats explains this. Come on guys. In times of extreme stress and excitement, sharingan evolves. It happened to Sasuke when his clan was killed, when he was almost killed by Haku, and when Naruto went 9 tails on him at the valley of the end. This was intentional to show that when Kakashi got his sharingan it was already full evolved (except for MS).
