That`s why it`s incredibly cheap? I dont see how it`s confusing. When you have the chakra ready, use CC of 10. It`s that simple. The only hard thing about using Chiyo is, if you wind up activating FPA or PC, whether or not you want to try your luck with CC of 10 again.

I think the fact that she basically has 14 skills balances out the fact that she might not get to use 2 of them during a battle. Also, it would be pretty easy to tell which effect is being activated seeing as how they`re all pretty different from each other. Either way, if they were able to program this character into the game, Im sure it would be no problem to program the individual icons to appear once a certain effect has been activated.

Also, I could bring up how your character is pretty unusable in general just because of how much she has to prep to be effective (not that I think she would be seeing as how much time she needs just to set up / deal damage afterwards) but oh well, the contest is already up.

You didnt give me a helpful suggestion at all. Just unnecessary criticism with no real backup. Her two other techniques might be somewhat unusable but I feel like she compensates enough for it being a massive swiss-army knife / fun bag of surprises.
There really wasnt any sort of ˝Do this to make the character better˝ kind of thing in there and you consider what you said ˝a helpful suggestion,˝ well, I gave the same back to you, so theres really no need for it; like I said, the contest is almost over.

Anyhow, because this is really irrelevant already, why add to it with that last bit? Does it matter that its out of my collection at all? If so, how?
I made my Chizo a while ago to complete my collection; I dont see how it would be fair for me to go and try to inspire myself to make a brand new character (and avoid making a carbon copy of my earlier one but still be satisfied with a well-made character) just because I made it earlier than you did.

I believe you are confused, criticism is "Zomg! Look at Chiyo's attack! It suxorz! lololol!" I said that half her techniques seemed somewhat unusable, and I would be rather confused which of the 10 techniques from the random selection would have been done. You came back with a "Your Chiyo is pretty unusable."

However, you're obviously too insecure to talk about your fictional characters to have an intellegent conversation with you (You also cried about the other friendly suggestion given to you). So any further posts about this from you will be officially ignored by me (And yes, you can call me whatever you want or say whatever you want).

Criticism has nothing to do with with how you type.
From Dictionary.com:
1. the act of passing judgment as to the merits of anything.

Criticism can be constructive or destructive depending on what follows the gripe; it`s just any sort of negative commentary.

Both of them inform me that theres a problem but dont give me an actual explanation as to how to solve it. Saying that I need to make it more usable isnt constructive and therefore isnt necessary.

I gave you the exact same kind of comment. You said my Chiyo was unusable because its techniques are chosen at random and the probability of her using her stronger attacks is low. I said your Chiyo is unusable because of much she needs to prep and how long her attacks take to deal any sort of real damage.

I also addressed the ˝confusion˝ issue the character might have in my last post but I guess you didnt bother reading that.

Lol, saying that Im crying is completely hypocritical. I was just making a ˝helpful suggestion˝as you would call it and you fire back with petty insults. The entire last half of your post makes you sound like a child.
You`ve got all the qualities of a child in that last half:
1) Insults
2) Nothing really worthwhile to read, you didnt counter anything I said / you didnt address anything new, Ive already covered anything that could be considered a fault - while.. you havent.

Also, lol at the ˝intellegent˝conversation remark. Im trying to have a debate with you. You brought up a couple of problems you have with my character (this is called criticism if you havent forgotten) and I brought up a couple I had. I brought my counter argument forward while you just repeated a couple things that didnt need it. I again defended my side while you just hide behind meaningless insults. Now you`re running away to avoid defeat I suppose; too bad a debate (aka a type of intelligent conversation) isnt won that way.

You act like you want an intelligent conversation but run away from one that could have been if you had actually tried harder. Oh well.

PS. Any sort of in your computer being unable to read some of the characters in my post can probably be accredited to this European keyboard Im using.
