Nice, though I think Chakra Mega Blast is little underpowered.

Yea you can, but work on it a little bit, there can be only 8 entries per week, your entry needs improvement, to be honest, it looks lame.

here is mine

14 tailed naruto

first attack- Rape-Rapes 1 opponent and makes them unable to defend for the rest of the game
cooldown=1
chakra=2random

Secondattack-Stfu dattebyo14 tailed nartuo tells someone to shut up and makes them commit suicide. the enemy kills themself and the allys team laughs so hard they lower there defense by 33 percent for 3 rounds
cooldown=5
chakra= blood and tai

third attack= Releasing a power within 14 tailed narutos stomach starts to gurgle and a oblivious fart slips through causing the air to crumble around the whole battlefeild. Everyone dies except kyuubi naruto and those who become invulnerable.
Cooldown-infinite
chakra-gen,nin,tai,blood

Invul-Distraction- 14 tailed naruto thinks of sasuke and drifts off to a gay land
cooldown=4
chakra=random

lol imagine if this was on a template XD
