Alright, this is going to be quite the lenghty post so here we go.

First of all; I'm removing the last blurp in the 1st post about who's got the final say on how things get ranked; that includes Bubz, Choppy and Myself. The reason is simple: I no longer deem their help necessary (I'll elaborate on this so nobody gets the wrong idea). At first, I thought it'd be easier to avoid bias if I had 2 other people ranking stuff along with me because I didn't expect more than a couple of members to give me actual feedback; I was plesantly surprised and still am. So I'm laying these two awesome guys off so they can do their own things without me bugging them with my own. Thank you all, and specially those two for the support.

Now moving onto the 2nd thing; I've edited the front page; switched a few posts around ( rules and etc are now in the 2nd post -- for better visibility ); added a record of where and what has been discussed here so far, just in case and, finally, the D-rank has had its subranks removed, plus, a Blacklist has been added for future use.

Now, to the rankings update! Changes are as follow:

Unranked -> A
I don't think this one needs to be explained; It has been covered pretty well by everyone here. In case you've missed it, just read back the points that have been made previously by other members.

Unranked -> B+
Same thing as Shikamaru.

Unranked -> C-
Alright now, I feel I need to clarify this one a little bit. As I've said earlier in this post, the D rank has had its subranks merged into one and this did affect where Ino got ranked, slightly. The real reason she got placed under C-, thought, is because despite her volatile usability and the stiff competition imposed on her by others genjutsu users, she can still be used as the pure-genjutsu filler that many teams require, which is exactly what sets her apart of other possible D-rank characters. The D-rank characters should be characters that don't seem to be useful at all outside of very specific team archetypes. Therefore, althought Ino isn't[/], by any means, the best option out there, she's still an option nevertheless and that's why C- is exactly where she should be.

- Next discussion points:

4th Character Slate

The front page will be updated in a bit.
Happy posting everyone.

Rock Lee B+

I really like using him. He's been dealing with changes since start. Some shitty and some really good. If you have 3 tais you can kill an enemy by using first move twice and lotus. or you can use gates and pary for taijutsu. Some good combos right there. It's hard to balance him. Really. If you change taijutsu cost to random (cost of his gates) he will be quite OP but now,his gates are quite UP. Anyways he is good char for me

Ten Ten A+
Spam tais and watch them burn. Her decreasing damage skill is just beautiful. Even if you don't deal much damage, you will fuck up their combos. I love her honestly. 3 tais in a row. 60 + 30 damage. then you just use tai and there is nothing than destroyed enemies. Hidden OP

Neji A-

Pretty good char. Same as Hinata combined with character that prevents from going invulnerable,Neji deals 50 damage if he doesn't get stunned. His cheap aoe is pretty cool. Not much of damage but you go invulnerable so you are safe and you can pray for tai or another blood. He would even get S if his 40 + removing chakra skill would deal piercing damage.

Lee is a decent character whose first two skills make a decent combo; not overwhelming but at least worth their costs. His Fifth Gate leaves a little to be desired; it doubles his damage and possibly allows a 100-damage skill, but the huge amount of self-affliction and the taijutsu needed to pull it off make it very risky to use. Plus, he loses one half of Fifth Gate's duration if the opponents become invulnerable. Basically, he's a little bit weaker than Gai and needs time and support to become dominant, but he has a niche in his good DoT to be usable, and using only one chakra makes him easy to fit onto teams.

A+
Honestly, TenTen is one of the best starter characters and has been for quite a while; her AoE is uncounterable, which is very valuable, her costs are low and (her most expensive costs one taijutsu), she can stack effects on all enemies and activate them for almost no cost, and she can becomstack a lot of damage on her second skill (which also makes her a little more strategic than other characters), and that all of her classes are physical.

A
Neji can be a real pain in the ass, as he has a high-damage drain skill and an AoE that also makes him invulnerable for little cost and cooldown. He also provides good damage over time with a small perk to it, but the thing about Neji is that he doesn't exactly excel at anything; his damage is okay but not great as he can't pierce or boost himself, as a disrupter he only has a single drain and a very small damage reducer, and he doesn't support his team very much as a defensive character. Still, all three of his skills combined make him useful to have; he's an offensive-defensive jack of all trades.

Rock Lee
Strong character with a lot of potential. Still he is really chakra reliant and if you don't have tais, he will be useless, mostly because his only worthy damage ability in that case would be his 30dmg. He doesn't do piercing damage which is a real pain in the ass. Gates are really good in terms of boosting his damage output but thing is they cost tai, and deal a lot of self affliction damage to Lee. Besides he doesn't ignore invul like Gai does, so if you have all 3 invuls, duration of the skills is only one turn.
I think Lee is clear example of B rank. He can easily go off and solo entire team, but has some weakness that are keeping him away from being spammable character.
Rank:B

Tenten
Seeing as to how Sakura was placed in A+, i dont think TenTen is in same class as sakura is, so highest i could go with her is A. She is one of the most fun characters to use and probably my favorite game changing character. She fucks up a lot of combos out there with her damage reduction. Also has an extra invulnerability skill which comes pretty handy in most situations since mental or affliction classes are minority. She also possess a huge damage output with the stacking thing of hers. The only issues she has is that she is full physical, meaning one stun fucks her entire kit. Tenten is a really fun champion to use and can fit a lot of team comps since her costs are really low and only one of her skills costs specific while rest is random.
Rank:A

Neji
Neji has always been a strong character. He has powerful AoE, great damage output and if paired with character that makes enemy unable to use invulnerability skills he becomes such a pain in the ass. His only weakness is the fact that he has no defensive skills in his kit besides that damage reduction, but still he has 3 different classes with just makes him impossible to stop.

I dont think this is a fair comparison, tbh. They're entirely different characters, with different strong points and weaknessess. 1010 is one of the go-to characters if you want to play AoE, a style she's extremely good at, and on that regard she is equal, if not better than Sakura. Sure, Sakura counters 1010 hard, but just because a character from the same or a lower tier is capable of dealing with X character, it does not specifically mean X is any less viable.

I hope you understand what I am trying to say here.

I've always been kinda iffy about Lee, not a fan at all. He has seen a lot of change throughout the years, for better and for worse. Having said that, he's now one of the only 3 characters with an OHKO skill in the entire game, which gives him an niche over other heavy damaging characters, however it doesn't come without a cost; he needs to prep and give up 50 health points, which makes him very risky to use, specially if the enemy team can somehow bypass his invulnerability time. Characters that can inherently bypass invulnerability are sure to make Lee's buttcheeks clench at the sheer pressure of getting killed off right after his Gates have been used. It is also worth noting that his whole skillset is pretty mediocre if Gates aren't used and the fact that all his skills share the Taijutsu costs leaves a lot to be desired as well.
Moves to B

Oh, the AoE goddess and one of the top tier starter characters ever since she got revamped. TenTen isn't your avarage AoE character. Fearless in front of counters, guaranteed semi-invulnerability every other turn, the ability to deliver insane amounts of damage if the enemy doesn't focus on her and to top it all off: cheap and spammable skills; those are the traits that make Tenten the best AoE character you could possibly ever ask for.
Moves to A+( Perhaps even S ).

Neji is...ok, but there's really nothing exceptional about him: ok damage, ok chakra burn, ok self-defense and that's probably why he has never been a dominating force despite being so solid. I think because he's ok-ish all around he fits in a lot of teams where a Tai/Blood user is required, but it doesn't go much beyond that; he'll get easily looked over if you're looking for something a little bit more...flashy or specific.

Lee: B-
I never really used him until I had to get Lee S (which is a favorite of mine), but when I was using him I had to rely on the RNG gods to grant me Taijutsu chakras because otherwise he wouldn't really be able to contribute. His best move is his OHKO but that costs 2 tai & it requires his gates to be up, so unless you have characters that can give you specific chakra, or you have luck, he'll just be hitting characters with his high speed Taijutsu & gaining defense while his teammates will have to deliver the real damage. One good thing about his Fifth Gate Opening is that it removes all harmful skills on him & its mental classed. But if Lee is going up against a character that can go through invulnerability, he's screwed.

TenTen: A+ (Maybe S)
When looking for a Taijutsu character for an AoE team, TenTen is probably, if not most definitely, the best option. She has low chakra cost, isn't afraid of counters, can go invulnerable for 3 turns consecutively (if there isn't any mental or full affliction enemy characters that target her), can reduce the enemies damage, & can buff both the damaging skills she can do. Always a dangerous opponent with her ability to constantly build up the damage of her damage reducing move by doing 20 damage to 1 & 10 to others with no cooldown. She does amazing damage, can reduce enemy damage, protect herself, I couldn't tell you about her 1v1 game because I never have been in that situation with her but it seems like it could work out ok, but most of all, is always the type of character that, when she is an enemy, your characters will have Vietnam flashbacks of when she slaughtered them previously.

Neji: A
Annoying is the best word I have to describe him. He is very plain, but can destroy plans of the opponent easily. He could make you force a character into invulnerability because taking the damage from his 25 over 2 turns attack, is not something you're gonna want to do. With that same move he reduces his targets damage by 5 which could make his opponent use an extra attack to finish off a target or maybe not even kill the desired target leaving them with 5 HP left. He can, with one Bloodline chakra, go invulnerable while doing 15 AoE damage. With that he could take a counter purposely, kill off a really damaged enemy, & avoid any non "I ignore invulnerability with my attack so fuck you type" characters that may be trying to kill him. His ability to remove chakra isn't the best option if that was what someone is looking for. But, the damage from it (40) is astounding & a very feasible way to finish off an opponent. He is a little bit of this, a little bit of that type of character that will most likely not be ignored in terms of who to target.

Lee - B
Lee used to be one of my most used characters when I needed someone to fill up that taijutsu slot. However after his revamp, I really haven't used him that much. He is still a pretty strong character on his own and can really get some huge damage in with the combination of his High-Speed Taijutsu and Front Lotus, however I just can't seem to find a good combo for Lee with other characters. His Gates is a high risk/high reward kinda off skill, but to me the risk is higher that the reward simply because he loses so much health. Overall I am not a fan of Lee's current design and while he can be pretty strong on his own he just doesn't do it for me.

Tenten - A+
Tenten on the other has kinda been the opposite for me if you would compare her to Lee. I really didn't use her much before her optimization, after her optimization (and a lot of boosts) she has in my opinon become a AoE monster. Not only can she spam and so stack the hell out of her Twin Rising Dragons she also has a good defense (invul to physical/chakra skills). She is usually paired with other AoE characters and that makes it hard to stop her. If you are to focused on one of Tenten's teammates, chances are you will let her stack up for some MAJOR, and I mean major damage. Tenten maybe a useless character in the Naruto series, however in N-A she definitely is a top tier character

Neji - A
Neji quite frankly has a pretty complete skillset. He can do some AoE , he can remove chakra, spike and has a good DoT skill in his Gentle Fist. And even though he doesn't necessarily excel at all of these traits, he does them reasonably well, enough for him to be featured in many ladder and war teams alike. If your looking for a good Tai/Blood user, chances are you are gonna pick Neji, who overall is a very solid starter character.

Hello guys, after doing all the calcs ( yes, there's a whole system that I've developed behind the ranking system, but I'll spare you guys the details ), I've successfully managed to appropriately rank Neji and Rock Lee, but I've reached an impasse regarding where TenTen should be. I kid you not, she got an overall score of exactly 2.5; 2 means she moves to A+ and 3 means she moves to S.

So, I'll be waiting for one more person to rank atleast her so I can either round her final score up or down.

I'll rank her:
I say A+. While her skills being uncounterable makes her very strong, I feel that she doesn't deserve S because she can still be stunned rather easily since her skills are all physical.

Yes i do understand what you are trying to say, but i don't think you got my point. Sakura is probably one of the the top 5/10 characters in the game currently with little to no weakness. The only weakness Sakura has would be stunning her in the turn that her prep is gone and maybe the fact that she has no piercing damage, but still she does have 30+stun for a specific, while TenTen has a lot of weaknesses, such as having no defense vs mental/affliction skills, not having piercing damage and being easily stunlocked because she has the same class on all of her skills, while sakura for example has 3 different ones. I don't think it's fair to put them in the same rank, but i guess thats just my point of view.

Tenten

B

Nice aoe attack nice decreasing damage stacks, nice invul skill etc. but she is easily stopable with Stuns so i wouldn't give her more than rank B, since we put Sakura in rank A we can't do same with Tenten as she is far away from sakura's level.

Lee

C

Good 100 damage skill but its heavy and costly and it aint even piercing also other 2 skills are bad for me at least. its useless character.

Neji

B+

Neji has drain +40 damage, 25 dmg with stacks 2 turn. can go invul for 3 turns straight and deal 30 legit damage AOE. (Aoe,Invul,Aoe) < if u use his skills like this. He is very good and fits many teams.
Best ever,

For what it's worth, if I had the opportunity to vote at the time, I would've pushed for an S-rank on Sakura as well.
