Shigure D
Nothing special here. Shigure is very average AoE user, I rarely face him in ladder probably since that there so many other characters who can do the job that he does much better. His 'Sebon Barrage' is actually a decent move but it uses up all of his Umbrella counters. Honestly I just don't recommend using him at all.

Yoroi S
Oh man this guy is a handful. You can completely spike him off, but he will still come back by stealing health/chakra and increasing his own damage. He is a little bit less broken since he doesn't have the affliction class, but is still a top tier drainer and I still wouldn't want to face him in a 1v1.

Misumi A
Wow, ever since this guy was released I though he would definitely be in a few metas. Yet somehow just until recently he hasn't seen that much play in ladders. Its like people just didn't care for him, and later realized how much of a powerhouse he is. His whole play revoles around his 'Soft Physique Modification' which basically means you won't be targeting him, unless you have character who's skills cannot be countered or reflected. You will allow him to stun and build up a reasonable amount of DD at the same. Granted once he is done with stunning and being untouchable he does have a CD of 4 and can be dealed with, but if he has some decent support from his teammates that still won't be easy.

Iruka B
The impact iruka alone has on a game is pretty strong,he can help you conserve chakra bythe trap scare or you could spike a char off with like mere three chakrs if ur trap works. Also he is one of the scsriest guys to face 1v1 cuz his dmg increases. Now when you couple him up with a char like chouji and shizune or teams where his invul csn be clutch you further maximize his usefulness. But the problem with him is that since nowadays stuns are very common its become easy to cstch him and he cant really protect himself. Plus he is useless offensively at full health and his shuurikenisnt pierncing

Mizuki C+
With the right team he can be scary but he really is easily stopped like iruka and since he is offensive, that very offense works at best only in specofic conditions(like opphealth under fifty) also since he is non piercing he suffers vs defensive chars. Also the fact that he has only two shuurikens makes him weaker

Pretty interesting character, Iruka doesn't seem to be anything out of the ordinary, but he's incredibly destructive if you play your cards right. He can clutch out games if he gets spiked down 1st or outright sign an enemy's death if you make the right prediction. The thing is that you've got to have a really strong prediction game to make it work, and because Iruka is a Tai/Nin user the opportunity cost is rather high considering there are better Tai/Nin users out there.

Yet another underrated character, Mizuki can legitimately one-shot an enemy at full health under the right circunstances. Unfortunately for him, you've only got two shots to try and do so. If you fail, then Mizuki is left severy crippled unable to do anything significant towards helping the player win the game.

Iruka -- I've always liked his design, honestly. It's simple and to the point, kind of like his character. He's either to make some impact for a moment or to be a background character, which was kind of his role in the series for the vast majority of it. His third skill absolutely decimates, almost guarantees a kill, if you know how to set it up right and he can be pretty savage if you can keep him alive for a decent bit at low health. He, of course, can be completely outplayed and made to be useless should someone comprehend what you're going, so it's kind of here and there with using him.

B- as well, tbh.

Mizuki -- I love the combo potential he has. He's got a decent kit, similar to Iruka - with opportunities to kill being present at some intervals, should the cards be played right - but he's also the same weakness: he can be gunned down with ease if you can get around his strikes or even nullify them entirely, I'd say more so for Mizuki than Iruka, since his strongest attack only has 2 uses the entire game. For me personally, he comes off a little lackluster, but he can be amazing in certain situations.

Iruka

I like him a lot. I use Iruka many times when I was a beginner. He is useful with a team that has great physical and chakra damage. If his Trap works, with his team, he can kill one enemy easily. He is scary because of his first skill. He is also good at 1 vs 1. So B for me too.

Mizuki

Mizuki's a decent character. Like Meliodas said, he is similar to Iruka. But, not as good as Iruka. He can do combos with his first skill that has a decent random chakra. Also, he can also kill one enemy with his shuriken skill but only twice. That make him a little weak. Also, his genjutsu ambush skill's obvious. He can get attacked easily. He is bad at 1 vs 1 than Iruka. Umm…C i guess.
